Our shipping costs are a dynamic cost that is calculated based on the product weight, and ship to location. After creating an account with us you will have access to our shipping calculator. The shipping calculator will appear in your shopping cart after you add an item to the cart.

All orders will be shipped only after credit card approval, or your check clears. If the orders for a particular day are received by 11 a.m. Central Time, then items in-stock will be shipped the next day, excluding Saturday and Sunday, from our Central Midwest U.S. location. This does not include the time specified on our product listing for our Product Ships Within timeframe. UPS Ground or Fed Ex ground will be the modes of shipment for orders within the continental US, unless specified otherwise.

Medical Equipment Pros has a return policy of accepting back the products sold, within a period of 30 days if the equipment has not been used. We charge a restocking fee of 15% of the cost of the items returned. Items are to be shipped back to our warehouse via best shipping method available with the item insured for the purchase value.

Orders to Alaska, Hawaii and APO/FPO addresses are shipped by the best method we find available. Customs and/or additional fees (duty/brokerage fees) will be borne by the international customers at the time of delivery. No responsibility will be taken for additional fees for international shipping.
